摘要
以壳聚糖(CTS)和新疆地产蒙脱土(MMT)为原料制备了壳聚糖季铵盐改性蒙脱土(HTCC-MMT),通过溶液插层法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/HTCC-MMT纳米复合材料。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TG)等对其微观结构、力学性能、热稳定性及降解性进行了表征和分析。结果表明:HTCC-MMT用量达到5%时,PLA/HTCC-MMT纳米复合材料的力学性最佳;HTCC-MMT的加入使PLA/HTCC-MMT纳米复合材料热稳定性得到了提高加,快了PLA的降解。
Chitosan quaternary ammonium modified montmorillonite(HTCC-MMT) was prepared with chitosan and Xinjiang native montmorillonite,and then polylactide(PLA)/HTCC-MMT nanocomposite were prepared by solution intercalation.The microstructure,mechanical properties,thermal stability and degradation properties of the nanocomposite were studied by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,TG,etc.The results show that the general mechanical properties of PLA/HTCC-MMT nanocomposite is the best when HTCC-MMT content is 5%;the addition of HTCC-MMT improves the thermal stability of the nanocomposite and accelerates the degradation of PLA.
