摘要
霄云煤矿井筒施工中,遇到致密砂岩含水层,含水层主要为孔隙含水和竖向裂隙水,工作面注浆升压快,普通水泥难注入,后采用化学浆液注浆,取得了良好的效果,为井筒施工创造了良好条件,争取了宝贵时间,为类似条件下的井筒综合防治水积累了宝贵经验。并且,化学材料浆液在济宁地区和菏泽地区的基建矿井防治水方面得到了广泛应用,具有推广价值。
During the construction of the Xiaoyun mine＇ s shaft, we encountered the compact sandstone aquifer, it mainly is the pore water and the vertical fissure water, the pressure of the working face grouting rise fast, it is difficult for ordinary cement to inject, then we used the chemical grouting, and achieved good results, and created good conditions for shaft construction, strived for precious time, accumulated valuable experience for the comprehensive prevention and control of water in the similar conditions of shaft. Also, chemical material slurry has been widely applied to the prevention and control of water in the construction mine in the Jining area and Heze area capital, and has popularization value.
