摘要
《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》签订前,台对粤投资以及两地不均衡的贸易格局,和当前粤土地、劳动力成本等优势渐小等诸因素使得目前的粤台经贸合作面临困境。ECFA的签订意味着粤台经贸合作迈入了新的发展阶段。在这个阶段,粤台经贸合作的可持续发展面临着四大挑战和四大机遇。因此,若能采取抓住机遇,加强两地产业交流,发挥两地各自优势,粤台经贸合作将迎来发展的"第二春"。
Before the ECFA was signed,Taiwan’s one-way investment in Guangdong and the unbalanced trade pattern of two places had already affected the sustainable development of their economic and trade cooperation adversely.Moreover,the cost advantage on land and labor of Guangdong is being lost,which is dragging the economic cooperation between Taiwan and Guangdong into difficult situation.The signing of ECFA suggests a new stage of the cooperation between them,in which the sustainable development of their economic and trade cooperation faces four challenges and four opportunities.If proper countermeasures could be taken to enhance the collaboration of their industries and develop the advantages of their own,the economic and trade cooperation between Gangdong and Taiwan will greet a ＂second spring＂.
