摘要
目的:探讨第三腰椎横突综合征患者血清中超氧化物歧化酶(serum superoxide dismutase,SOD)的活性及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)的水平变化与第三腰椎横突综合征发生发展的作用。方法:用分光光度计及硝酸还原酶法测定30例第三腰椎横突综合征治疗前后SOD活性、MDA的水平。结果:第三腰椎横突综合征患者治疗前SOD活性低于治疗后SOD活性(P<0.01);第三腰椎横突综合征患者治疗前MDA的水平高于治疗后的水平(P<0.05)。结论:氧化失衡存在于第三腰椎横突综合征发病中,SOD和MDA可能在第三腰椎横突综合征发生发展中发挥一定的作用。
Objective:To explore the role by investigating the activity and the level changes of SOD and MDA in the serum of patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods:Using spectrophotometer and nitratereductase technique to measure the serum levels of MDA and the activity of SOD in 30 patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Results:The activity of SOD before the treatment was significantly lower than those after the treatment(P〈0.01).The serum levels of MDA before the treatment significantly higher than those after the treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusions:SOD and MDA are indirect sign to reflect the treatment level of the patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.
