不同基质对复方卡力孜然凝胶剂主要活性成分体外透皮吸收的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究不同基质对复方卡力孜然凝胶剂(补骨脂、蛇床子、斑鸠菊、何首乌等)3种有效成分体外经皮渗透的影响,优选复方卡力孜然凝胶剂的基质。方法采用改良Franz扩散池法、离体大鼠皮肤进行体外透皮实验,高效液相色谱法测定,考察卡波姆(CP)、羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、卡波姆+聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(CP+PVP)4种基质对3种有效成分补骨脂素、异补骨脂素及蛇床子素的累积透过量及透皮速率的影响。结果 4种基质对复方卡力孜然凝胶剂中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素及蛇床子素体外透皮吸收产生不同的影响,其中以CP+PVP为基质的体外透皮速率最大。各基质的体外透皮释放均符合Higuchi方程。结论 CP与PVP联用是复方卡力孜然凝胶剂的最适基质。 AIM To study the effect of carbopol,HPMC,CMC-Na and Carbopol+PVP on transdermal delivery system of compound Kaliziran gel(Psoraleae Fructus,Cnidii Fructus,Vernoia anthelminatica(Linn.) Willd,Polygoni multiflori Radix,et al.).METHODS Improved franz diffusion cell with the isolated rat skin was carried out to experiment on the transdermal delivery of active components,including psoralen isopsoralen,and osthole from compound Kaliziran gel.In vitro release rate and penetration accumulation of active components affected by carbopol,HPMC,CMC-Na,and carbopol+PVC were measured by HPLC.RESULTS Fast release rate of active components among matrices attributed to carbopol+PVP,the release rates of these matriees fitted in with Higuch equation.CONCLUSION It is suitable to select carbopol polymeric matrix with PVP to prepare compund Kaliziran gel.
