摘要
针对空气间隙型浪涌保护器(surge protective device,SPD)存在的问题,在低气压条件下研究了电极材料及间隙距离对间隙型SPD保护特性的影响,研究内容包括直流电压击穿特性、电压保护水平和响应时间。实验电极分别由钨铜和石墨材料制作而成,圆形电极,直径10mm,间隙距离1~5mm,气压范围20~60Pa。研究结果显示,电极材料对保护间隙的保护特性没有影响;在pd=90Pa·mm条件下,间隙距离对保护间隙的保护特性同样没有影响。
Under low gas pressure ranging from 20 Pa to 60 Pa,effects of electrode materials and gap distance on protective characteristics of air gap surge protective device(SPD) were studied,including DC breakdown voltage,voltage protective level and the response time.The electrodes were made of the materials of W-Cu and graphite,circular electrodes,diameter 10 mm,gap distance 1~5 mm.The experimental gas pressure range was from 20 Pa to 60 Pa.The results indicated that electrode materials did not affect on protective characteristics,and under pd=90 Pa·mm,the gap distance did not affect on protective characteristics.
