摘要 针对目前国内某大型机场停机坪各项航班保障工作的耗时,提出几条基于关键路径法(CPM)的规划建议。结合该机场停机坪航班保障工作的特点,对保障过程中的各项工作分别计时,在取得实测数据的基础上,利用修剪平均值算法得出样本中各项操作的平均耗时。以该机场停机坪各项保障工作为基本元素建立AOE网络,结合计算所得的平均耗时,按照CPM找出影响该机场停机坪航班保障工作总耗时的关键工作,从而明确该机场停机坪航班保障工作的关键路径。最终,在上述研究的基础上基于目前的实际情况下,提出了实现该机场停机坪航班保障工作最佳方法的三条建议,为优化机场资源、缩短航班过站时间、提高航班运行效率、保证航班准点率提供了参考。 On the basis of the critical path method (CPM),it puts forward a method to optimize flight service process on an apron. Firstly, by analyzing the characters of the flight service on the apron, the time of each work is clocked separately in the process of flight service. Secondly, on the basis of the measured data obtained, the average time-consuming of each operation in the sample is obtained by trimmean value algorithm. Thirdly , the AOE network is established by taking the airport apron flight service work as the fundamental elements according to the average time-consuming. Finally, the critical works which affect the total time of this apron flight service work are discovered by CPM, and the critical path in the apron flight service work is identified. As a result, based on the study of the current situation, three suggestions of realizing the optimal method of apron flight service work are put forward , and a reference is provided to optimize the airport resources, to shorten the turn around time of the plane in airport, to raise efficiency and punctuality rate of airline.
