摘要
大连西太平洋石化中水回用工程于2009年底正式投入运行,采用多相溶气气浮+臭氧氧化+BAF+高效纤维过滤+ClO2消毒工艺,主要处理经过二级生化处理后的含油污水。经过上述工艺处理后,污水中难降解有机物被去除,各项出水指标均达到循环冷却水水质标准。该污水处理方案工艺流程简单,投资和运行费用低,是针对石化废水深度处理设计的可行的技术方案。
The reclaimed water reuse project in West Pacific Petrochemical Company Ltd.Dalian was put into operation in the end of 2009.It adopted a process of multi-phase dissolved air flotation plus Ozone oxidation plus BAF plus High efficient fiber filter plus ClO2 disinfection.Refractory organics were removed after the treatment and all of the indicators were lower than those regulated in the cooling water quality standards.This is a simple treatment process with lower investment and operating costs and it is afeasible technical solution for advanced treatment of petrochemical wastewater.
