摘要
目的:运用专家咨询问卷调查的方法提取糖尿病肾病早期证治规律。方法:在既往工作的基础上,制订专家咨询问卷,向糖尿病肾病领域专家发放调查问卷。结果:专家在糖尿病肾病早期的症状、病因、病性、病位、最佳治疗方案、常见证型及所用方剂方面有一些规律。结论:专家咨询问卷调查能较好地收集专家的共识性意见,可为糖尿病肾病早期的辨治提供依据。
Objective：To select the principles of TCM syndrome differentiation and teatment of incipient diabetic nephropathy through questionnaire investigation among experts.Methods：First,a questionnaire was constructed on the basis of our previous research,and then investigation of the experts who are famous in the field of diabetic nephropathy by the questionnaire was carried out.Result：There are some principles in symptoms,etiology,natures of disease,disease location,best therapeutic regimen,syndrome patterns and prescriptions of incipient diabetic nephropathy.Conclution：Expert consultation questionnaire can collect consensus options of experts and provide evidences for syndrome differentiation and clinical treatment of incipient diabetic nephropathy.
