摘要
在滑片压缩机研究领域中,对压缩机滑片的运动分析都是基于对心式的运动学模型,如将其直接应用于滑片偏心式压缩机会导致滑片运动分析的偏差。建立了具有通用性的压缩机滑片运动方程式,利用MATLAB对其进行数值仿真分析,得到了准确的滑片运动特性曲线,不仅为压缩机的缸体型线特性、容积效率、气体力等性能参数的分析提供了符实的计算依据,而且为压缩机的优化设计提供了可靠的性能评价指标。
In the research field of vane compressor,the analysis of the motion of vane is based on non-offset kinematics model and the derivation of movement analysis of vane will emerge if it is applied for vane-offset compressor directly.The universal kinematics equation of sliding vane in a vane compressor is put forward,and MATLAB is used for numerical simulation analysis.Accurate kinematics characteristic carves about the motion of vane are obtained,which provide not only the theoretical basis for the analysis and calculation of performance parameter of compressor such as cylinder profile,volumetric efficiency and gas force,but also reliable performance evaluation index for the optimized design of compressor.
