摘要
聚丙烯酰胺是一种用途广泛的高聚物,其相对分子质量是决定其性能的重要指标。采用氧化还原体系引发中,以丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸为单体,共聚合成了有一定相对分子质量的阴离子聚电解质。考察了反应温度、反应时间、单体配比、引发剂用量等因素对阴离子聚电解质相对分子质量的影响。采用傅里叶红外光谱分析了共聚物的特征基团,并研究了阴离子聚丙烯酰胺对湿法磷酸中沉淀物的分散效果。结果表明:在单体质量比1∶1,反应时间为80 min,反应温度为70°C,引发剂用量为0.3wt%的反应条件下合成的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺能有效地分散湿法磷酸中的沉淀物。
The molecular weight of polyacrylamide decides its performance.Taking acrylic amide and acrylic acid as monomers,the anion polyacrylamide polymer was synthesized.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,monomer ratio and amount of initiator on the molecular mass of anionic polyacrylamide were investegated.FT IR spectroscopy was used to analyze the functional groups of the products and the dispersivity of the precipitate in wet-process phosphoric acid.When the reaction temperature was 70 °C,reaction time was 80 min,monomer molar ratio was 1∶1,and amount of initiator was 3wt%,the synthesezed anion polyacrylamide exhibited an obvious anti-flocculation effect.
