摘要
对中国工业结构调整的地区性差异状况进行研究,有助于增进对中国工业结构调整状况的总体认识。本文从工业结构调整的增速、合理化程度、整体效益以及可持续发展能力四个方面构建了涵盖16个二级指标的工业结构调整综合评价体系,对全国31个地区的工业结构调整状况进行了全面评价。结果显示:中国各地区工业结构调整的速度普遍较快,但各地区调整质量的差异性较大,东部地区工业结构调整的整体质量要优于中西部和东北部地区,但调整后的整体效益却弱于中西部和东北部地区,中西部地区和东北部地区工业结构调整的合理化程度和工业可持续发展能力相对较弱,这是导致这些地区工业结构调整质量相对较低的主要原因。
The paper builds a comprehensive evaluation system of industrial structure adjustment which based on the growth rate, the degree of rationalization, the industrial efficiency and the sustain- ability of industrial structure adjustment, then evaluates the quality of industrial structure adjustment about 31 regions of China. The results showed that the qualities of industrial structure adjustment among China various regions are different obviously, and the east region is better than mid - west and northeast regions, but the industrial efficiency is lower than mid - west and northeast regions. The degree of ration- alization and the sustainability of industry of mid - west and northeast regions are lower than east region.
