摘要 脑血管病是致残率、病死率较高的疾病,严重威胁着人类健康,因此,早期评估脑血管病的预后、神经功能损害对制订周密的治疗方案,提高治疗水平有重要的作用。近年来,利用诱发电位可以早期评估脑血管病预后、神经功能损害以及脑血管痉挛、脑动静脉畸形栓塞效果等,为脑血管病的诊治提供了重要依据。现就诱发电位在脑血管病中的临床应用予以综述。 Cerebrovascular is a disease with higher disability and mortality rate,which seriously threatens people′s health,so early estimate of the prognosis and neurological damage is important for making detailed treatment solutions and improving the therapeutic level.In recent years,evoked potential can apply to estimate of prognosis,neurological function damage,cerebral vasospasm,cerebral arteriovenous malformation embolization of cerebrovascular disease,which is important basis for diagnosising and treating the disease.The clinical application of evoked potential in cerebrovascular disease is reviewed hereby.
