肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤累及腹膜后淋巴结一例报告

摘要 肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病（PLAM）是一种罕见的弥漫性肺部疾病,目前病因未明。病变特点是肺泡平滑肌异常增生和肺实质的囊性破坏,并导致支气管、淋巴管和血管阻塞而引起的一系列继发性病理改变。临床上常造成误诊、漏诊,本文对我院2010年收治的1例PLAM患者的临床资料进行分析,并复习文献,以提高对本病的认识和诊断水平。
