摘要
目的探讨颅脑损伤患者低血钠症发生的原因,提出针对性的护理对策。方法选取2008年07月—2010年07月在我院进行治疗的47例重型颅脑损伤患者,对低钠血症的情况及护理措施进行分析,探讨低钠血症在颅脑损伤患者中的发生原因。结果 2例患者由于经济原因放弃治疗,其他患者的低血钠情况均得到有效控制,引发低钠血症的原因大致分为5种,细胞外液增加、非脑源性利钠肽增加、利尿剂与脱水剂过量、低醛固酮水平、其他疾病。结论重度颅脑损伤并发低钠血症的患者在针对性常规护理的基础上,应当根据引发低钠血症的原因进行护理。
Objective To investigate and summary the common reason of hyponatremia during craniocerebral injury patients,put forward effective nursing measures and prevent patients with secondary damage.Methods We analyse the clinical data of 47 severe craniocerebral injury patients with complications of hyponatremia which were treated in our hospital.Results The cause of complication can be divided into 5 kinds approximately：the increase in extracellular fluid,non-brain-derived natriuretic peptide increased,excessive diuretics and dehydration,low levels aldosterone,and other diseases.Two patients gave up treatment due to economic reasons,other cases of patients with hyponatremia have been effectively treated.Discussion To control the disease and reduce the incidence of complications,we should detect hyponatremia in craniocerebral injury patients and provide targeted nursing according the cause.
