摘要
蛋白尿是大多数慢性肾脏病(CKD)共同的临床表现,其在CKD进展和肾小管间质纤维化过程中发挥了重要的作用。更好地理解蛋白尿的肾毒性作用机制,对于CKD防治将具有十分重要的意义。
ABSTRACT Proteinuria is one of the most common manifestations for patients with chronic kidney disease（CKD）. Recent studies have suggested that proteinuria might serve as a nephrotoxic factor in mediating tubulointerstitial inflammation, while its potential mechanism is still of much interesting topic for the study. In this review, we summarized the updated insights on proteinuria induced tubularinterstitial damage.
