摘要
目前,各国电力市场结构主要分为三块:发电市场、输电市场和供电市场。我国开放的是发电侧电力市场,是以"厂网分开"、"竞价上网"的方式进行电力商业化的运营。发电公司的目标就是最大化一个周期的竞价期望收益。本文主要研究发电公司在基于成本分析的基础上如何制订和实施一套合理有效的报价策略,并开发相应软件。
Currently,the world electricity market structure is divided into three parts: power generation market,power transmission market and electricity supply market.China builds up the power market on power generation side through separate power plants from power network and price competition As independent corporations,the power plants will connect to the power network by bidding and assume sole responsibility for its profits and losses.To get the maximum profits in one bidding period is the goal every plant pursues.The aim of this paper is to get a valid bidding strategy based on the real-time cost analysis and develop corresponding software for power plants.
