摘要
采用百度试验法,在(100±2)℃恒温干燥条件下对米老排(Mytilaria laosensis)试样进行干燥试验,根据干燥过程中米老排试样的初期开裂、内裂、截面收缩等干燥缺陷制定出米老排木材的干燥基准。结果表明,米老排试样的初期开裂等级为4等,内裂等级为1等,截面变形为2等,干燥速度等级为2等,综合特性等级为4等。米老排的干燥初期温度为50℃,干燥初期干湿球温度差为2~3℃,干燥终期温度为80℃。厚度为25 mm的米老排板材在强制循环干燥窑内干燥至10%所需的时间为16(10)d(括号内为硬基准条件下的干燥时间)。米老排木材的平均纵向收缩率为0.14%,平均径向收缩率为4.37%,平均弦向收缩率为6.67%。米老排试样主要缺陷是初期开裂、干缩、扭曲,在实际生产过程中要尽量使用软基准,干燥中、后期适时进行喷蒸处理。
According to the drying characteristics of Mytilaria.laosensis such as early cracking,internal craze,section shrinkage and so on,a drying schedule was made by the 100℃ drying test(the material was tested under the constant drying condition of 100±2℃).The result showed that early crack class,internal craze class,section shrinkage class and drying speed of M.laosensis was grade 4,grade 1,grade 2 and grade 2,respectively,and the integrated characteristics were grade 4.The time needed for 25 mm lumber dried to 10% in forced circulation draught kiln was 16(10) days(the hard-drying time in brackets was under baseline conditions).The everage longitudinal shrinkage rate,tangential shrinkage and radial shrinkage rate was 0.14%,6.67% and 4.37%,respectively.The major defects of M.laosensis were early cracking,shrinkage and distortion in the processes of drying.As for actual production process,a soft schedule is preferable,and steam-jet processing is recommended in middle and later stage of processing
