摘要 在促进农民工就业、提升其劳动技能与维权意识、维护其合法权益的同时,农民工NGO自身也会在社会认可度、运行成本的降低及与政府、企业的互动等方面产生推动效应。但是,NGO的发展与农民工就业互动要获得双赢局面仍然存在政策支持少、NGO独立性缺乏及监督主体缺位、服务内容特色不够等诸多限制因素。因此,就业信息的共享、权益保障的互助、政策宣研的传导、就业培训的互惠等成为二者良性互动的改进路径。 At the moment of facilitating the employment of the migrant workers, improving their labor skills and awareness of working rights, safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests of the migrant workers, NGO itself will have the promoting effect in the fields of social recognition, lower operation cost, government and enterprise interaction. However, to get the win-win situation of the development of the NGO and migrant works' employment, there are still many constraints factors: lack of policy support, NGO's independence and supervision, and inapparent services' characteristics. Therefore, the measures to improve the benign interactions are: sharing employment information, cooperating to safeguard their rights and interests, conducting of the policy research, mutual benefits of the employment training.
