摘要
对嘉兴市失地农民展开问卷调查,从日常生活、经济适应、社会交往及心理认同等方面分析了经济发达地区失地农民的城市适应状况及存在的问题,提出了建立制度通道、帮助失地农民提升就业竞争力、利用社区平台等促进失地农民适应城市社会的对策建议。
A questionnaire survey was carried out on the status and problems of urban adaptability of land-losing farmers in the economically developed areas of Jiaxing from their daily life,economic adaption,social interaction and psychological identity,then some suggestions were proposed for promoting theirurban adaptation,such as establishing a system channel,improving the employment competitiveness of land-losing farmers,and utilizing community platform.
