摘要
[目的]分析除虫菊素的热稳定性。[方法]研究了除虫菊素原药、5%除虫菊素丙酮液、不同含水量的5%除虫菊素丙酮液及不同pH条件下的5%除虫菊素丙酮液分别在(0±1)℃、25℃(室温)、(54±1)℃条件下保存的热稳定性。[结果]除虫菊素原药和除虫菊素丙酮液在热贮条件下都不稳定;水分是促进除虫菊素分解的一个重要因素;酸碱条件对除虫菊素的分解均有影响。[结论]为开发和合理应用除虫菊素产品提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The aim was to analyze the thermal stability of pyrethrins.[Method] Thermal stabilities of raw pyrethrins,5% pyrethrins-acetone solution,different moisture of 5% pyrethrins-acetone solution and different pH of 5% pyrethrins-acetone solution were studied under different storage conditions of(0±1) ℃,25 ℃(room temperature) and(54±1) ℃.[Result] The raw pyrethrins and 5% pyrethrins-acetone solution weren't stabile under the storage condition of(54±1) ℃.Moisture was an important element to promote decomposition of pyrethrins.The acid and alkaline solutions also had certain effect on the decomposition of pyrethrins.[Conclusion] The research provides theoretical basis for the development and reasonable application of pyrethrins products.
