摘要 本文基于经典的类比法蓄热室传热理论,提出了变通道蓄热体、分段重分布蓄热室的改进方法,使500t/d级浮法玻璃熔窑能够达到直接节省燃料18%左右。在所有回收浮法玻璃熔窑燃烧烟气预热的节能方法中,该方法无疑是投资和工程量最小、工程周期最短、运行和维护最为简单的方法,并能够在运行着的窑期内或短期冷修时实施。 From the classic analogue heat transfer theory of the regenerator,we proposed a design of improving the regenerator of the float glass furnace,and the novel regenerator directly saved about 18% fuel for a 500t/d float glass furnace.Among all the energy-saving methods for recovering waste heat from flue gas of a float glass furnace,the above mentioned improvement is the method of the minimum investment,the shortest project cycle,the most convenient operation and maintenance.And the method can be implemented during the operating period or during a short cold repairing period of the float glass furnace.
