摘要
探讨了测定水中硝酸盐氮简单、快速、实用的方法.采用麝香草酚分光光度法和紫外分光光度法对水中硝酸盐氮含量进行对比分析,得出紫外分光光度法操作简便、快速、化学试剂污染小,是值得推广的先进方法.
In order to establish an easyr,apid and practical method of determination of nitrate nitrogen in water,the comparison analysis is conducted by two methods of spectrophotometric method with thymol and ultraviolet spectrophotometer.It was found that ultraviolet spectrophotometer was easier to operate,more rapid and less chemical reagent pollution,which is a prior method.
