摘要
首先分析了图书馆联盟相关因素如何影响知识转移绩效,构建了联盟图书馆间知识转移绩效测评模型。然后设计问卷并进行网络调查收集数据,利用结构方程方法对模型进行了验证。结果表明:该模型与实际数据基本匹配,度量结构变量的观测变量的设计很合理;知识产权保护对知识转移绩效的影响最大,其次为组织文化;适当的激励机制会使知识转移更有效;组织间相容性对知识转移绩效无显著的直接影响。
This paper has firstly analyzed how the related factors of library alliance influences the knowledge transfer performance,and constructed the performance evaluation model of knowledge transfer between alliance libraries.Then it has designed the questionnaires and investigated the librarians online to collect data and validate the model by structural equation.The results show that the designed model basically fits the actual data;Observed variables measuring latent variables are very reasonable.Intellectual property protection influences the knowledge transfer performance most,and next is organization culture.Appropriate incentive mechanism makes knowledge transfer more effective;Organization compatibility does not remarkably influence knowledge transfer performance at all.
