摘要
目的通过分析90例异位妊娠超声图像特征,探讨彩色多普勒超声在异位妊娠诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析本院2010年1月—2010年12月90例经临床确诊为异位妊娠患者的声像图特征。结果 90例异位妊娠患者中,输卵管妊娠78例,卵巢妊娠5例,宫角妊娠4例,腹腔妊娠2例,宫颈妊娠1例;经超声确诊87例(96.7%),误诊3例(3.3%)。结论彩超检查对异位妊娠的诊断有较高的准确性,在临床诊断上有很重要的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of ultrasonography in 90 cases of ectopic pregnancy and to investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods The ultrasound images of 90 cases of ectopic pregnancy confirmed clinically were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 90 ectopic pregnancy patients,78 cases were tubal pregnancy（86.7%）,5 cases were ovarian pregnancy,4 cases were corneal pregnancy,2 cases were abdominal pregnancy,and 1 case was cervical pregnancy.The coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasonography was 96.7% and 3 cases were misdiagnosed（3.3%）.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is valuable in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,and it has important value in the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
