摘要
在二氢青蒿素制备β-蒿甲醚的过程中,有10~30%的α-蒿甲醚生成。回收的α-蒿甲醚可以转化为β-蒿甲醚,两次转化后β-蒿甲醚的收率可达到70%。所建立的将α-蒿甲醚差向异构化为β-蒿甲醚的方法可有效提高β-蒿甲醚的制备收率。
In the conversion of dihydroartemisinin to β-Artemether, 10-30% α-Artemether is produced. Using the recovered α-Artemether as starting material, and transforming it to β-Artemether, 70% yield of β-Artemether can be obtained through twice conversion. The established epimerization method in this paper can improve the overall yield ofβ- Artemether efficiently.
