大学生主观幸福感现状与其自我效能感的关系研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨大学生主观幸福感现状与其自我效能感水平的关系。方法采用中国人幸福感量表和自我效能感量表对922名大学生主观幸福感现状进行调查;分析大学生自我效能感水平对其主观幸福感状况的影响。结果 922名大学生主观幸福感得分最高分为125分,最低分为31分,平均(61.7±11.3)分。自我效能感及2个维度对主观幸福感的影响显著(F=140.229,P<0.001);决定系数R2=0.254。自我效能感对大学生主观幸福感的预测模型能够解释其25.4%的变异量。结论大学生主观幸福感状况良好,但程度不强,且存在较大个体差异;自我效能感对主观幸福感具有极其显著的正向预测力。 Objective To explore the relationship between college students' subjective well-being and self-efficacy.Methods Used Chinese Happiness Scale and Self-efficacy Scale to 922 college students,analyzed the influence of college students self-efficacy level on the status of subjective well-being.Results The highest score of 922 college students' subjective well-being was 125,the lowest was 31,the average score was(61.7±11.3).Self-efficacy and two factors had significant influences on subjective well-being(F=140.229,P0.001),the determination coefficient R2 was 0.254.The prediction model of self-efficacy on college students' subjective well-being can explain its 25.4% variance.Conclusion College students' subjective well-being is in good condition,but the degree is not strong,and there is a large individual difference,self-efficacy has extremely significant positive predictive power to the subjective well-being.
