摘要
目的探讨广藿香扦插生根特性及其生理生化的变化,为广藿香繁殖育苗和栽培生理提供依据。方法将"南香""湛香""肇香"和"牌香"插条直接扦插于塑料盆中,常规管理不同时间后,测定生根数,根鲜重,根系活力,植株生长速率,干物质增长速率,叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD),细胞膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果随着扦插天数的延长,其生根数、根鲜重和根系活力均不断地增加,植株生长速率和干物质增长速率均表现出逐渐增大的趋势;而扦插苗叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD),细胞膜相对透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量均出现先上升后下降的趋势,其最大值出现的天数分别在扦插后的第3天和第5天。结论 4类广藿香扦插苗的生根和生长特性存在一定差异。
ObjectiveTo study the rhizogenesis characteristics and physio-biochemical changes of Pogostemon cablin and offer some evidences on the seedlings and planting. MethodsCutting-rooted seedlings were cultivated in the plastic flowerpot,and the root number,fresh weight,root vitality,growth rate,increasing rate of dry matter,SOD and POD activity,membrane permeability and MDA content were determined. ResultsThe numbers of root,fresh weight and root vitality were obviously increased with the prolonging time of cutting,and there was increasing trend in growth rate and increasing rate of dry matter.However,the activities of SOD and POD,membrane permeability and content of MDA were firstly increased and then decreased.The third and fifth days were the time in which their maximum appeared. ConclusionThere were some differentiations in the rhizogenesis characteristics and growth of cutting-rooted seedling.
