摘要
目的探讨肺癌患者术前访视的护理方法。方法对2008-01~2010-06该院住院的68例原发性肺癌患者术前防视中在基础护理的基础上根据中医分型进行辨证施护。结果 68例肺癌患者中,吸烟的23例患者全部术前戒烟,97.0%的患者认为术前访视可减轻心理负担,76.5%的患者可掌握相关健康知识,94.1%的患者认为中医辨证施护效果良好。结论肺癌患者术前访视在基础护理的基础上加以中医辨证护理效果良好,值得临床推荐。
Objective To discuss the effect of nursing care on patients with lung cancer.Methods 68 patients with lung cancer hospitalized in our hospital between Jan.2008 and Jun.2010 were nursed according to Chinese medicine patterns on the basic of general nursing.Results In 68 cases,all the smoker quitted smoking.97.5% of patients thought visit before operation could relieved psychological hurden,76.5% of patients could master the related healthy knowledge,and 94.1% of patients thought the effect of nursing according to different Chinese medicine patterns was good.Conclusion The effect of nursing according to different Chinese medicine patterns on basic of general nursing is good and worth recommending.
