摘要 目的:评价吡格列酮联合克罗米酚对多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)患者的促排卵效果。方法:将68例PCOS患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各34例,观察组给予吡格列酮与克罗米酚进行治疗,对照组单用克罗米酚进行治疗,分别监测重组人绒促性素(HCG)注射日子宫内膜厚度、血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)及睾酮(T)水平,并分别统计妊娠率。结果:观察组患者治疗后妊娠率为24.52%,显著高于对照组的16.42%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吡格列酮联合克罗米酚可促进P-COS患者排卵,提高妊娠率。 Objective: To evaluate evaluation ovulation promoting effect of pioglitazone combined with chloramiphene on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS phenol).Methods: A total of 68 patients with PCOS patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group by half.Patients in trial group were treated by pioglitazone combined with chloramiphene,and patients in the control group by chloramiphene.Endometrium thickness,levels of serum estradiol(E2),corpus luteum erythropoietin(LH) and testosterone(T) were observed on the day when patients had injection of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),and pregnancy rate was also recorded.Results: Pregnancy rate of trial group was 24.52%,significantly higher than that in the control group(16.42%)(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Pioglitazone combined with chloramiphene can promote ovulation of PCOS patients,and increase pregnancy rate.
