摘要
目的:阐述人工髋关节置换术后感染的多种治疗途径,为临床治疗提供可以参考的治疗方法。方法:回顾我院自2007年5月～2011年5月,4年中开展的619例人工髋关节置换术中2 3例发生术后感染的病例,21例给予早期单纯切开清创,置管冲洗、引流;2例给予清创、人工假体取出、旷置、置管冲洗、引流,二期假体置换;术后均给予静滴抗生素治疗。结果:随防1～3年,23例患者均无感染复发迹象,局部疼痛消失。21例可独立行走,关节功能满意。2例因原发全身损伤重,可拄拐行走,关节功能不满意。结论:人工髋关节置换术后发生感染后果是严重非常的,但积极正确的处理可以收到满意的结果。
Objective： the infection after hip arthroplasty treatment of multiple pathways,clinical reference treatment method.Methods：retrospectively in our hospital from 2007-05 to 2011-05,4 years in 619 cases of artificial hip replacement in 23 cases of postoperative infections,21 cases given in the early simple incision debridement,irrigation,drainage tube;2 patients given debridement,prosthesis removal,indwelling catheter irrigation,,drainage,two prosthesis replacement;postoperative were given intravenous antibiotic therapy after.Results： with the case 1-3 years,all 23 patients without evidence of infection recurrence,local pain disappeared.21 patients could walk independently,joint function satisfaction.In 2 patients with primary systemic injury can be heavy,crutch walking,joint function is not satisfactory.Conclusion： after replacement of artificial hip joint infection is of serious consequence very,but a positive and correct treatment can receive satisfactory results.
