摘要
目的探讨经皮激光椎间盘减压术联合神经根阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 52例腰椎间盘突出患者作为研究对象,给予经皮激光椎间盘减压术联合神经根阻滞治疗。结果所有患者均顺利手术,JOA评分有显著性改善(t=5.493,P<0.05),总有效率达到96.2%。结论经皮激光椎间盘减压术联合神经根阻滞可以较好的缓解病情,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床应用和推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of PLDD combined with subarachnoid root block used for PLID. Methods 52 cases of patients with PLID as studied object, was given treatment of percutaneous laser disc decompression （PLDD） combined with subarachnoid root block. Results All patients had smooth surgery, JOA score improved significantly（t=5.493,P〈0.05）, the total effective rate reached up 96.2%. Conclusion PLDD combined with subarachnoid root block can effectively release the disease and enhance life quality of patients, so it deserved promotion and application in clinical work.
