摘要 原发性免疫缺陷病（primary immunodeficiency disease，PID）是一类以单基因遗传为主的少见免疫缺陷疾病。国外流行病学研究认为，具有临床表现的PID发病率为1／20000～1／5000活产婴。我同目前仅有极少部分PID患儿得到确诊，
