摘要
注射模在设计过程中经常需要进行设计变更,很容易造成二维与三维设计不一致的情况,为模具设计和加工带来诸多不便,针对这一问题,基于UG NX平台,提出了一种保持二维与三维设计同步更新的方法,利用属性关联技术记录三维设计中各零件相关信息,保证二维与三维设计的信息统一,同时通过UDO技术建立了三维与二维设计中各元素的关联机制,使得三维的更改能触发二维的自动更新,提高了CAD系统的自动化程度,为注射模设计提供了便利。
The design alteration in the design process of injection mould happens frequently which leads to inconsistency between 2D and 3D drawings and troubles the mould design and manufacturing. In order to solve the problem, a UG NX-based method was proposed to make a synchronous update of 2D and 3D design. Associated attributes technique was used to record the parts' information in 3Ddesign which ensured the uniformity of 2D and 3D information. The 2D drawings updated automatically along with the 3D model through the association created by UDO technology
