摘要
研究毛葡萄籽油的化学成分及其药理学作用,为毛葡萄的进一步开发利用奠定基础。运用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析毛葡萄籽油的化学成分,并研究其对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。GC/MS分析显示,毛葡萄籽油成分以不饱和脂肪酸为主,占总量的83.6%,其中亚油酸占61.75%,油酸占18.76%;饱和脂肪酸主要为棕榈酸和硬脂酸,含量分别为9.86%和6.07%;动物药理学试验显示,毛葡萄籽油能显著降低高脂饲料引发的TC和TG升高,提高血清中HDL/LDL的比率,具有调节动物血脂的作用。毛葡萄籽油含有多种对人体有益的成分,具有广阔的市场开发前景。
To investigate the chemical compositions and effects on blood lipid in experimental hyperlipidemic rats of Vitis quinquangularis seed oil, Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/ MS) was used for the determination of the composition of Vitis quinquangutaris seed oil, and animal experiments were used for pharmacological effects. The results showed that the compositions of the Vitis quinquangularis seed oil were particularly rich in unsaturated fatty acids(83.6%), which were linoleic acid (61.75%), and octadecenoic acid(18.76%), and the oil also contained some saturated fatty acids, which were hexadecanoic acid(9.86%) and octadecanoic acid(6.07%). Experiment hyperlipemi model was established with SD rats to observe the change of biochemistry data of plasma lipid. The results showed the rat's TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly decreased and HDL-C were increased. Vitis quinquangularis seed oil includes many functional compositions which are beneficial for health, and it is worth for further study.
