摘要
以陕西省眉县金渠镇中心卫生院为示范,探讨基本型乡镇卫生院绩效工资方案。采用德尔菲法确定岗位权重,采用加权综合指数法核算并借助HIS系统实现绩效工资;注重考核者与被考核者的共同参与,以保证科学性、公平性与可操作性,为广大欠发达地区乡镇卫生院绩效工资的实现提供参考依据。
Jinqu Township Health Center in Mei County, Shaanxi Province was selected as a field to study performance related pay in township health centers. The study separately uses Delphi Method to determine post weight and Weight Aggregate Index to account performance related pay by HIS. The research pays attention to assessment both examiners and examinees, promoting science, equity and operability, and provides reference information for township health centers in less developed areas.
