摘要
第二次全国农业普查数据分析结果表明,西部农村信息化水平低于全国和其他地区,处于落后位置。各省(直辖市、自治区)农村信息化发展不平衡,水平差异也较大。国家应当大力扶持西部农村信息化建设,高度重视移动通信事业发展,加强乡镇邮政网点建设,增强乡镇邮政服务功能,加快农村图书室建设,积极培育农民信息需求,不断提高农村信息化应用水平。
According to the second national agricultural census, the countryside informatization level in western China was lag behind other regions level and lower than the national level. The informatization development in western China was unbalance between different province （municipality, autonomous region） as the difference between districts was huge. To promote the application level of countryside informatization level in western China, the government should strongly support informatization construction, attach great importance to mobile communication industry, strengthen the building and service function of postal network in villages and town, speed up the building of rural library, and actively cultivate the information requirement of peasants.
