Research Progresses of Somatic Embryogenesis in Flowers

摘要 植物体细胞胚的发生在花卉再生研究中具有重要的意义,文章综述了植物体细胞胚发生包括胚性组织的诱导与扩增、体细胞胚的成熟、体细胞胚萌发与植株转化的发生过程,比较了内环境因素及植物激素对花卉体细胞胚发生的影响,为进一步研究花卉体细胞胚高效再生体系的建立提供借鉴。 Plant regeneration of somatic embryogenesis was important to flower molecular breeding. The generating progresses of somatic embryogenesis induction and embryonic tissue expansion, somatic embryo maturation, germination of somatic em- bryos and plant conversion were summarized. The effect of environmental factors and plant hormones on somatic embryogenesis was compared. It provided reference for the foundation of efficient regeneration system of flower somatic embryos.
