摘要
目的:研究探讨影响维肤康乳膏质量的因素。方法:采用调整制备工艺,用经典的测定含量的方法控制制剂的含量。结果:找出了影响维肤康乳膏质量的因素,调整了制备工艺后制备的制剂稳定性、质量有保障。结论:解决了维肤康乳膏主药溶散不均匀的问题,并且调整后不增加工艺的复杂性,质量稳定,是切实可行的较佳方法。
Objective： To study quality factors of influenced Weifukang cream. Method： Using the preparation technology, with the determination of the classic method to determine the content.Results： Identified factors of influenced Weifukang cream, adjusted of the stability of preparation process of the preparation prep, quality guaranteed. Conclusion： Solved the problem of Kang-dimensional skin cream main bulk drug dissolved uneven, and the adjustment does not increase the complexity of technology, quality stabilitied, which was a better approach.
