摘要
采用水浴回流法对中药材黄柏、姜黄、黄芩进行天然防紫外整理剂的提取,并对提取液进行紫外吸收光谱分析.运用L9(34)正交实验优化提取条件.根据均匀配方设计表UM7(73)进行防紫外剂的复配,得到的复配液在200~400nm之间具有较好的紫外吸收效果.通过FeSO4预媒处理,丝织物经复配液整理后,丝织物的UPF值为42.13,UVA的透过率T(UVA)为2.45%,UVB的透过率T(UVB)为2.52%,达到了非常好的防护标准.
By using water bath reflux method,the natural UV protective finishing agent from Chinese herbal medicine cortex,such as phellodendri,trmeric,radix scutellariac is extracted,and the extraction is analzed by UV absorption spectral analysis.The extraction conditions are optimized by orthogonal test L9(34).Accoridng to the uniform design table UM7(73),the multi-formula of UV protective finishing agent has been done,the mixtrure has good UV absorption effect between 200~400nm.The silk fabric is pre-chelated with FeSO4,and then is finished by the mixture.After treatment,the UPF value of silk fabric is 42.13,UV transmittance of UVA T(UVA) is 2.45%,UV transmittance of UVB T(UVB) is 2.52%,it achieves a good protection standards.
