摘要
上海淮海中路3号地块发展项目塔楼为超B级高度的复杂高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土框架核心筒体系。通过调整结构刚度,提高结构抗扭承载力以及采用两种空间有限元软件进行分析,解决了结构超限问题,使结构满足抗震设防要求。
The tower of Shanghai HHZL lot 3 is a kind of complicated high-rise building beyond the code's B kind of high limits.Reinforced concrete frame-tube system is employed in the structure.By means of adjusting the structural stiffness and enhancing the torsion resistance of the structure,and calculating with two three-dimensional FEM software,the design problems beyond code limits are solved.The design of the structure is satisfied for the need of resisting earthquake.
