摘要
绩效评价是提高职业教育财政支出效果的有效途径。本文从因子分析法的视角,构建了职业教育财政支出绩效评价体系及模型,实证研究了江苏省14个市的职业教育财政支出绩效。针对评价发现的问题,提出了改善职业教育财政支出绩效的政策建议,包括拓宽经费渠道、健全绩效评价制度和改革拨款模式。
Performance evaluation is the significant solution to enhance the effect of public expenditure in vocational education. This paper establishes the framework and model of performance eyaluation of public expenditure from the perspective of factor analysis. It also does some empirical research on the performance of vocational education in Jiangsu Province. Aiming at the problems, it provides some suggestion to promote the performance of vocational education, such as broaden fund resources, perfect evaluation system and implement performance appropriation.
