摘要
利用以高炉水淬矿渣为主要原料的胶凝材料试验制作了人工鱼礁,并初步评价了人工鱼礁的实际应用效果。通过配比优化实验,最终选定材料配比为矿渣(80%):石膏(10%):水泥熟料(10%):减水剂(1%),胶砂试块3d抗压强度40MPa,28d抗压强度60MPa以上,满足人工鱼礁强度要求,同时,制作出的鱼礁海洋相容性良好,有大量水生生物附着。
Experiment research on cementitious material made of blast furnace slag (BSF) as the major raw material to make artificial reefs is carried out, and the effect of practical application on artificial reefs is assessed. Through the optimized experiments, the finial material ratio as BFS (80%), gypsum (10%), cement (10%), water reducer (1%) is determined. The 3 days compressive strength of the specimen is 40MPa and the 28 days compressive strength up to 60MPa, which can satisfy the strength requirements of artificial reefs. Meanwhile, the reefs have well marine eompatibilities and are adhered by lots of aquatic lives.
