摘要
总结了纤维支气管镜下经皮气管切开术的手术配合及护理经验。包括手术前准备、术中配合与术后观察和护理方法。认为支气管纤维镜下经皮气管切开术具有创伤小、局部渗血少、并发症少等优点,值得在临床中推广。
Summerrized the surgical cooperation and nursing experience of percutaneous tracheotomy by bronchoscopy, including pre-operation preparation, surgical cooperation during operation, observation after operation and nursing. It is revealed that percutaneous tracheotomy by bronchoscopy had less trauma, less bleeding and fewer complications in clinical.
