盐酸米诺环素在牙周牙髓病中的治疗作用

摘要 目的:评价盐酸米诺环素软膏和甲硝唑棒在牙周牙髓联合病变治疗中的效果。方法:80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组加用盐酸米诺环素软膏,对照组加用甲硝唑棒。结果:两组患者的GI、SBI、PD治疗前后比较都无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对照组的治疗有效率为92.5%,治疗组的有效率为95.0%,两组有效率相比无显著性差异,(P>0.05)。两组治疗前的IL-1β值对比无显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后,都有明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸米诺环素在牙周牙髓联合病变治疗中的效果好,值得推广。 Objective: To evaluate the application value of minocycline hydrochloride ointment and metronidazole in the treatment of periodontal disease combine endodontics.Methods: 80 patients with periodontal disease combine endodontics were randomly divided into two groups,based the regular curettage cleaning,the control group added the metronidazole for treating,and the treatment group added the minocycline hydrochloride for treating.Results:After treatment,both groups of patients with GI,SBI,PD had significantly decreased(P0.05) before treatment,there showed no significant difference(P0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 92.5%,so that was 95.0% in treatment group,the efficiency of the two groups showed no significant difference(P 0.05).Two groups of IL-1β values had no significant difference in pre-treatment(P0.05),after treatment,there was significantly decreased(P0.05),but the decline in the treatment group was significantly higher(P0.05).Two groups of adverse reactions are relatively mild and had no significant difference in contrast(P 0.05).Conclusion: Minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of periodontal disease combine endodontics is effective and has few adverse reactions,which should be widely applied.
