摘要
目的评价探测深度及呼吸时相对Supersonic剪切波弹性成像技术(SSI)测量肝弹性值的影响。资料与方法121例男性志愿者均使用SupersonicImagine公司AixPlore型实时定量剪切波超声弹性成像超声诊断仪,1~6MHz凸阵探头。嘱受检者深呼吸,分别在吸气末和呼气末于肝右叶2~4cm、6~8cm深度测量肝弹性模量值并进行比较。结果深度为2~4cm处测量,呼气末肝弹性模量值为6.026±1.482kPa,吸气末肝弹性模量值为6.097±1.628kPa;深度为6~8cm处测量,呼气末肝弹性模量值为6.758±2.035kPa,吸气末肝弹性模量值为6.976±2.142kPa。呼气末与吸气末肝弹性模量值比较,差异无统计学意义P>0.05;2~4cm深度与6~8cm深度肝弹性模量值比较,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论运用SSI测量肝弹性模量值时,受检者呼吸时相对肝弹性模量值测量无影响;测量深度影响肝弹性模量值的测量,随着深度的增加,肝弹性模模量有所增加。
Purpose To investigate the effect of respiration and detection depth on liver elasticity measurement by Supersonic shear wave elasticity imaging(SSI).Materials and Methods A total of 121 male volunteers were included in the study.A shear-wave elasto-sonography(AixPlorer model,Supersonic Imagine,Aix en Provence,France) coupled with a convex array probe(1~6MHz) was used to measure and compare the elasticity in the end of inspiration with that in the end of expiration at the detection depth of 2~4cm and 6~8cm.Results At the detection depth of 2~4cm,the elasticity modulus of liver was 6.026±1.482 kPa in the end of expiration and 6.097±1.628 kPa in the end of inspiration.At the depth of 6~8cm,the elasticity modulus of liver was 6.758±2.035 kPa in the end of expiration and 6.976±2.142 kPa in the end of inspiration.Compare the elasticity modulus in the end of inspiration with that in the end of expiration,the difference has no statistical significance(P 〉 0.05).In the end of inspiration,the elasticity modulus of liver was 6.097±1.682 kPa at the depth of 2~4cm and 6.976±2.142 kPa at the depth of 6~8cm.In the end of expiration,the elasticity modulus of liver was 6.026±1.482 kPa at the depth of 2~4cm and 6.758±2.035 kPa at the depth of 6~8cm.These differences were statistically significant(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Respiratory status has no effect on the liver elasticity measurements.With increase of the detection depth,the elasticity modulus increases.
