摘要
基于经典的晶粒生长机理,采用改进的蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo)模拟方法,对在不同的烧结温度和保温时间下的晶粒生长演化过程进行计算机模拟,并使用多孔Al2O3陶瓷烧结实验过程中的晶粒生长对模型进行了验证。结果表明,当晶粒生长指数为2.95时,模拟与实验中的晶粒生长趋势相一致,说明改进的MC方法可真实的反映晶粒长大的物理过程。
Based on the classical grain growth theory,microstructure evolution during grain growth at different sintering temperature and for different holding time is achieved using computer simulation with modified Monte Carlo model.The model is verified by the grain growth of porous Al2O3 ceramics in the sintering process.The results show that when the grain growth index was 2.95,the grain growth tendency in the simulation were in good agreement with that in the experiment.The modified Monte Carlo model reflects the physical process of grain growth more reliably.
