钙结合蛋白与帕金森病 被引量:1

摘要 帕金森病(PD)是一种病因不清、机制未明的以中脑多巴胺能神经元减少为特征的退行性病变。神经细胞钙稳态失调在其发病中具有重要作用,而细胞内Ca2+浓度是由钙结合蛋白(CaBP)、Ca2+通道以及Ca2+泵共同维持。CaBP中的微清蛋白(PV)、维生素D依赖的钙结合蛋白28k(CB-D28k),和钙视网膜蛋白(CR)等缓冲蛋白具有缓冲Ca2+和神经保护作用。同时PD存在上述CaBP表达的减少,但它们之间究竟存在何种联系尚不清楚,现就近年来CaBP与PD关系的研究进展作以下综述。
