腹膜外腹腔镜治疗输尿管中下段结石17例 被引量：3

摘要 腹膜外径路腹腔镜手术由于腹腔干扰小等优点,已在泌尿外科、普外科广泛应用。我院2007年5月～2010年8月在缺乏体外冲击波（ESWL）和输尿管镜碎石设备条件下及2011年3月在输尿管镜上行失败时,对17例输尿管中、下段结石采取经腹膜外径路腹腔镜输尿管切开取石,手术效果良好,现报道如下。1临床资料与方法1.1一般资料本组17例,男10例,女7例。年龄24～61岁,平均44岁。患侧反复腰痛5例,
