摘要
静息电位和动作电位是现代生物科学尤其是神经生物学重要而基本的概念,但是,根据数学常识对GHK方程推导过程的分析以及根据电化学常识对一些经典实验的回顾分析,发现GHK方程并不成立,测定膜电位的经典实验本质上是个电学实验而非生理学实验,测定的膜电位也不是所认为的金属离子的膜电位,而是氢离子的膜电位。由此得出,静息电位和动作电位是氢离子的膜电位的新观点。
Resting potential and action potential are important basic concepts of modern biological science espe- cially of neurohiology. However, on the basis of analysis of the derivation of GHK equation using basic mathematical concept and the retrospective analysis of the classic experiments using basic electrochemical knowledge, it was fi^und that GtIK equa- tion was derived mistakenly and the classic experiment determining membrane potential was in tact a electrical test not a physiological experiment, and the determined membrane potential is the potential of proton rather than metal ion ' s polen- tial. Thus, the new concept was concluded that resting potential and action potential are membrane potentials of proton.
